Lohen is a Hexerei Cryo Main DPS with rapid enhanced Normal Attacks that apply Cryo fast enough so your off-field Sub DPS teammates could consistently Melt.

Best Artifacts

(2) ATK +18%.
(4) After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, gain the Blessing of Pastoral Winds effect for 6s: ATK is increased by 25%. If the equipping character has completed Witch’s Homework, Blessing of Pastoral Winds will be upgraded to Resolve of Pastoral Winds, which also increases the CRIT Rate of the equipping character by an additional 20%. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field.
Lohen's best set as a Hexerei character.
(2) Cryo DMG Bonus +15%
(4) When a character attacks an opponent affected by Cryo, their CRIT Rate is increased by 20%. If the opponent is Frozen, CRIT Rate is increased by an additional 20%.
Great alternative since Lohen can maintain Cryo aura on enemies. Even better on Freeze teams.

(4) When casting an Elemental Skill, if the character has 15 or more Energy, they lose 15 Energy and Normal/Charged/Plunging Attack DMG is increased by 50% for 10s. This effect will not trigger again during that duration.
Focuses on Lohen's Normal Attacks, which is also his main source of damage.

No particular requirements or stat levels to chase for extra effects, but one can aim for around 60~80% CRIT Rate depending on artifact set, 170%~220% CRIT DMG, 2000~2400 ATK, 100+ EM, and around 130% ER. Again, these are not hard necessities but are rather good stat goals where you can say you're done farming.
