Sucrose is a great Anemo support character that provides EM buffs based on her own EM and RES Shred via 4pc Viridescent Venerer.
In the Hexerei update in 6.2, she also provides DMG Bonuses from her Skill and Burst, although it's just a small buff so nothing to really aim for. Probably because she already provides massive benefits to the team in the first place.
Best Artifacts
(2) Anemo DMG Bonus +15%
(4) Increases Swirl DMG by 60%. Decreases opponent's Elemental RES to the element infused in the Swirl by 40% for 10s.
Best set for Sucrose (and almost any Anemo support, really), as it provides 40% RES Shred that allows the team to deal more damage.
(2) Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
(4) Upon triggering an Elemental Reaction, increases all party members' Elemental Mastery by 120 for 8s.
For team EM buffs usually for showcase. Much lower total stats since it's only a 4-star set.

Since Sucrose buffs the team based on 20% of her EM with no cap, it's best to get as much EM as possible.
