This set synergizes well with the 20% Crit Rate that Wanderer gets from swirling Cryo. It is only recommended if you have close to 100% uptime on Freeze, which requires very specific teams. Despite this, with 100% Freeze uptime, this set is still worse than Desert Pavilion Chronicle (4).

In teams with consistent Pyro application, this set is about equal to Echoes of an Offering (4).
