Xingqiu is one of the best 4-star Sub DPS characters in the game, providing consistent off-field Hydro DMG and application through his Burst.

Best Artifacts

(2) Energy Recharge +20%
(4) Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 25% of Energy Recharge. A maximum of 75% bonus DMG can be obtained in this way.
Best choice for buffing Xingqiu's Burst DMG. More ER = faster Burst uptime + higher Burst DMG.
(2) Elemental Burst DMG +20%
(4) Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members' ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.
An alternative if there are no other Noblesse users in the team. Provides 20% ATK buff for the entire team that Xingqiu also scales with.
