Pela’s versatile kit makes her valuable in many teams by providing powerful debuffs that significantly boost her main DPS’s damage output.

Pela’s main stat priority focuses on Effect Hit Rate to consistently land her DEF reduction and dispels. Speed is also important so she can take more turns and generate Energy faster. After that, ATK% and Ice Damage Bonus help increase her damage output. Effect RES is an optional stat to make her more resistant to debuffs. Prioritizing Effect Hit Rate and Speed will ensure she’s effective as both a debuffer and secondary damage dealer.

This Light Cone is Pela’s best-in-slot, as it provides Effect Hit Rate and restores Energy when she reduces an enemy’s DEF.

When the wearer hits an enemy and if the hit enemy is not already "Ensnared," then there is a 60~100% base chance to "Ensnare" the hit enemy. "Ensnared" enemies' DEF decreases by 12~16% for 1 turn(s).

This shines as an alternative but is only obtainable through Gacha. It reduces a target’s DEF with any type of attack, making it a general-purpose Light Cone for most debuffer characters.
