Prioritizing Effect Hit Rate and Speed will ensure she’s effective as both a debuffer and secondary damage dealer.

This shines as an alternative but is only obtainable through Gacha. It reduces a target’s DEF with any type of attack, making it a general-purpose Light Cone for most debuffer characters.
