Ruan Mei is an Ice-element character who follows the Path of Harmony. She is a powerful support unit with exceptional team-wide buffing capabilities, providing bonuses such as Damage boost, Speed, Weakness Break Efficiency, Break Effect, and All-Element Resistance Penetration.
Ruan Mei also has the unique ability to delay enemies’ actions with her Ultimate’s Zone, making her especially effective in Damage over Time (DoT) and Super Break teams, where prolonging enemy Weakness Break states and turn delays significantly amplify overall damage output.

Aside from the Break Effect that Ruan Mei already provides, this set is exceptionally good for her because it not only increases her own Break Effect but also grants the same stat to all allies whenever she uses her Ultimate.
It’s important to note that Ruan Mei can consistently trigger this effect, since the condition does not require her Ultimate to target a single ally—it simply activates when the Ultimate is used, regardless of its area of effect.

(4) Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 16%. After the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on an enemy, regenerates 3 Energy.
This set may be considered for Ruan Mei; however, she cannot fully benefit from its 4-piece effect, since she rarely inflicts Weakness Break on enemies herself.

If Ruan Mei has reached the 180% Break Effect threshold through good substat rolls, she can certainly use this set to provide a Speed boost to her team. In this way, her allies will be able to take turns more quickly. However, it is not advisable to use this set if Ruan Mei is part of a Super Break team, as it does not fully capitalize on her Break-focused support potential in those compositions.

Equipping this on Ruan Mei will give her the chance to act first at the start of each battle, allowing her to immediately use her Skill to boost her team’s damage.
(2) Increases the wearer's Effect RES by 10%. When the wearer's Effect RES is at 30% or higher, all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 10%.
Ruan Mei can equip this set only if she is not part of a Super Break team, as it provides Crit DMG to allies when she reaches 30% Effect RES.
(2) Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. If the wearer is not the first character in the team lineup, then increases the ATK of the first character in the team lineup by 12%.
