Seele is a Quantum character who follows the Path of the Hunt. She is an excellent Quantum DPS with powerful Skill and Ultimate damage. Whenever Seele defeats an enemy, she enters the Amplification state and immediately takes an extra action, gaining an ATK% buff. However, she cannot trigger the Resurgence effect again if she defeats an enemy during this extra turn. Seele is also recognized as a Skill Point-hungry character, since most of her damage comes from repeatedly using her Skill. Because of this, she often needs a party composition that can generate Skill Points efficiently to support her playstyle.

(2) Increases Quantum DMG by 10%.
(4) When the wearer deals DMG to the target enemy, ignores 10% DEF. If the target enemy has Quantum Weakness, the wearer additionally ignores 10% DEF.
This set is particularly good for Seele because it lets her ignore a percentage of the enemy’s DEF, and if the target has Quantum Weakness, the amount of DEF ignored is doubled, making her damage much stronger.
(2) Increases CRIT Rate by 8%.
(4) Increases DMG dealt by Skill and Ultimate by 20%. After using Ultimate, additionally increases the DMG dealt by the next Skill by 25%.
This set primarily boosts Seele’s Skill and Ultimate damage, and also gives an extra damage bonus to her next Skill use.

(2) Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 8%. When the wearer's current CRIT Rate reaches 70% or higher, the wearer's Basic ATK and Skill DMG increase by 20%.
Equipping this set is excellent for enhancing her Skill, as the bulk of her damage comes from it. The Basic ATK boost is also valuable, since Seele can choose to use a Basic Attack whenever she activates the Resurgence effect.
(2) Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When the wearer's SPD is equal to or higher than 135/160, the wearer deals 12%/18% more DMG.
This set is particularly good for Seele, especially if she reaches 160 Speed. Hitting this stat threshold while using the In the Night Light Cone will provide her with all the damage boosts she needs.
(2) Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer's ATK increases by an extra 12%.
This set is a general-purpose option for enhancing Seele’s overall ATK stat, and reaching the required Speed is easy for her.

For Seele, focus on Crit Rate and Crit DMG first to maximize her damage. Next, prioritize ATK% and SPD, as higher Speed lets her act more often and trigger her buffs. Finally, use a Quantum DMG orb to gain a multiplicative damage increase.

Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 18~30%. While the wearer is in battle, for every 10 SPD that exceeds 100, increases DMG dealt by Basic ATK and Skill by 6~10%. At the same time, increases the CRIT DMG of Ultimate by 12~20%. This effect can stack up to 6 time(s).
This is her signature Light Cone and is still her best option. The only requirement is for Seele to reach 160 Speed, either through good Speed substats or with Harmony characters that provide Speed boosts.

Increases the wearer's CRIT rate by 8~16%, and increases their CRIT rate against enemies with HP less than or equal to 50% by an extra 8~16%. When the wearer defeats an enemy, their ATK is increased by 20~40% for 2 turn(s).
This Light Cone is effective at providing an extra Crit Rate boost against enemies with less than 50% HP. The ATK boost it grants also benefits her Amplification state, giving her higher damage output during her extra turn.

Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 30~50%. When the wearer's Basic ATK or Skill DMG does not result in a CRIT Hit, increases their CRIT Rate by 36~60%, lasting for 1 turn(s). This effect can only trigger once every 3 turn(s).
This Light Cone can provide Seele with much-needed Crit Rate, but she only gains it if her Basic ATK or Skill does not result in a non-critical hit. This is a difficult condition to trigger consistently, so she needs to maintain a 1:2 Crit Ratio to reliably benefit from the extra Crit Rate.

For each time the wearer hits the same target, DMG dealt increases by 8~16%, stacking up to 5 time(s). This effect will be dispelled when the wearer changes targets.
Swordplay is only effective in situations where the team is fighting a single enemy, such as boss battles, since its buff disappears when Seele switches targets. It can also be a disadvantage for her if she gets affected by forced aggro, causing her to lose focus on the same target.

Increases the wearer's ATK by 16~32%. If there are 2 or fewer enemies on the field, increases wearer's CRIT Rate by 12~24%.
Seele can only benefit from the Crit Rate boost this Light Cone provides when the team is battling one or two enemies at a time.

Stave Off the Lingering Cold
After entering battle, increases the wearer's SPD by 8~12% and DMG by 12~24%. When the wearer takes DMG, this effect will disappear. This effect will resume after the end of the wearer's next turn.
For Seele to effectively maintain this stat boost, she must avoid taking any damage, as the buff immediately disappears if she is hit. It also becomes less appealing if Seele is inflicted with DoTs, which can strip the buff automatically.
