Yao Guang is a powerful support for both Elation and Non-Elation characters. Her kit requires a lot of speed stats but it is easy to reach 160 SPD with her traces and the Diviner of Distant Reach set.

Best Cavern Relics

(2) Increases SPD by 6%.
(4) Before entering combat, if the wearer's SPD is greater than or equal to 120/160, increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 10%/18%. When the wearer uses Elation Skill for the first time in each battle, enhances all allies' Elation by 10%. This effect cannot stack.
Currently her best set that is focused on enhancing the team's Elation DMG.

Currently her best PO set focused on buffing the 1st character on her team's slot.
(2) Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer's action is Advanced Forward by 40% immediately upon entering battle.
Can also be considered as her alternate set, but it doesn't provide enhancing effect for her team.

Yao Guang needs at least 160 SPD to activate the 4-piece set effect, with up to 200 SPD recommended to maximize her Elation DMG boost from Amaze-in Grace; she should reach 100% Crit Rate by using a Crit Rate body since she already gains 60% Crit DMG from Poised and Slated, equip an HP% or DEF% sphere for survivability because she doesn’t need Elemental DMG%, and use an Energy Regeneration rope to maintain strong Ultimate uptime.

This is her best Light cone that enhances her team's Crit Rate and Crit DMG for 3 turns. It also provide Energy regen and SPD.
